SULTANA ZAINAB
(1900 - 1920)

Sultana Zainab is the first wife of Sultan Muhammad IV. She was born as Nik Wan Zainab binti Nik Wan Muhammad Amin in 1877. She married with Sultan Muhammad IV in 1888. She was crowned as Sultana at Istana Balai Besar on 15th February 1916. She died at Kota Bharu on 23rd July 1928.


TENGKU AMPUAN TENGKU PETRI
(1920 - 1944)

Tengku Ampuan Tengku Petri is the first wife of Sultan Ismail I. She was born as Tengku Petri binti Tengku Long at Terengganu.


SULTANA ZAINAB
(1944 - 1960)

Sultana Zainab is the first wife of Sultan Ibrahim. She was born as Tengku Zainab binti Tengku Zainal Abidin in 1897. She married with Sultan Ibrahim at Istana Balai Besar on 6th July 1914 and granted the title of Tengku Embong. She was crowned as Raja Perempuan Kelantan on 25th October 1944. She died at Kota Bharu on 28th September 1985.


RAJA PEREMPUAN ZAINAB
(1960 - 1979)

Raja Perempuan Zainab is the first wife of Sultan Yahya Petra. She was born as Tengku Zainab binti Tengku Muhammad Petra at Kota Bharu on 7th August 1917. She married with Sultan Yahya Petra at Istana Balai Besar on 4th June 1939. She was granted the title as Tengku Ampuan Mahkota on 9th August 1956. She was crowned as the Raja Perempuan Kelantan at Istana Balai Besar on 17th July 1961. She was installed as HRH Raja Permaisuri Agong of Malaysia from 1975 to 1979. She died at Kubang Kerian on 9th January 1992.


RAJA PEREMPUAN TENGKU ANIS
(1979 - 2010)

Raja Perempuan Tengku Anis is the first wife of Sultan Ismail Petra. She was born as Tengku Anis binti Tengku Abd Hamid on 6th January 1949. She married with Sultan Ismail Petra on 4th December 1948. She was granted the title of Tengku Ampuan Mahkota on 1st January 1969. She was crowned as the Raja Perempuan Kelantan on 30th March 1980.


(2010 - present)

The position is currently vacant. Previously, Sultan Muhammad V has married with Tengku Zubaidah binti Tengku Nuruddin of Patani, Thailand. Nevertheless, the status of his marriage is remain silence by the royal household.
