I don't think the word 'kingdom' is applicable when referring to Sarawak because this state had/has no KING/monarch in Sarawak except before the reign of James Brooke in the mid 19th century when it was part of Brunei sultanate.

As you can see.. all the Governors until now were born during the time when the Brooke still ruling Sarawak. In other word, when it is still a kingdom.

You are correct that all the Governors were born during the White Rajah era but what has that got to do with naming Sarawak as Kingdom? Nevertheless I noticed you did amend it already to State instead. Useful blog I must commend though. I know much more than before I read your blog. Well done.
