His Royal Highness the Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir consent to witness the interchange of Malaysian Kuliyyah Al-Azhar establishment memorandum between the founder of Sofa Foundation, Syeikh Muhammad Fuad Kamaluddin and the President of Al-Azhar University, Prof. Dr Usamah Mohamed Hassan Elabed at the Istana Besar Seri Menanti.

Also present at the ceremony were the Tunku Besar of Seri Menanti, Tunku Ali Redhauddin; Tunku Zain Al-Abidin and Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.
