Maal Hijrah 1433 ; Selangor State Level Celebration

HH Tengku Sulaiman Shah presented the Maal Hijrah 1433 Award to Datuk Ismail Kamus

His Highness the Tengku Panglima Diraja of Selangor, Tengku Sulaiman Shah consent to deliver the Maal Hijrah 1433 Most Prominent Personality Award in conjunction with the Selangor State Level Maal Hijrah 1433 celebration on behalf of His Royal Highness the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah in the ceremony held at Masjid Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Shah Alam.

The award goes to Religious Scholar, Datuk Ismail Kamus who received RM20,000 in cash from the State Government and Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS), Selangor Tithes Board, a Haj package, a medal and a certificate. Recipients of other categories included the owner of Chinese Muslim restaurant "Mohd Chan", Muhammad Chan Abdullah, 58; retired religious teacher, Said Husin, 80, and Deputy President of Malaysia Amal Foundation, Jamaludin Elias, 48, who each received RM10,000.
