Back to work

Assalamualaikum and Peace be upon all of you.
Welcome to my blog.

After a Merdeka - Raya vacation for a week, i'm back for work at Kuala Lumpur. My life even though not as perfect, and below average, but i suppose it is more than enough to search for experience to get a better lifestyle in the future. We can be dreaming to have a better life, but it is our desire and effort to have a better life that will make all the different. Suffering a mild fever during Hari Raya Celebration, and i know i should not asking this.. but.. things can get any worse. I just hope it will not so bad.

It also takes a lot of effort for me to resume this blog. A week holiday makes me pretty lazy. After all.. it's a week holiday. Hari Raya Celebration has passed, nevertheless, the Independence Celebration still around the corner. 31st August 1957 is the Independence Day of Malaysia correct? Everyone knows that. But, if we looking throughout history, its not quite right. It is the day where Federation of Malaya gains independence from British, not Malaysia. In fact, Malaysia still not exist in 1957. So, the National Day for Malaysia is on 16th September 1963, the day where Malaya becoming Malaysia, with the participation of Singapore, Sarawak and Sabah into the Federation. Singapore was expelled from Malaysia in 1965.

And, speaking of holiday, Malaysia Multi-racial, multi-cultural society gives us a special traits of numerous public holidays on several occasions and celebrations. After Merdeka-Raya holidays, we will celebrate Malaysia Day on 16th September. It falls on Friday, so, that's 3-day of holidays. Later, there will be a Deepavali celebration on 26th October. 1-day of public holiday. And we will celebrate the second Muslim Celebration of Eid-Adha on 6th November and 7th November. It falls on Sunday, so, thats another 3-day of public holiday.

Yes, it is save to say that the festive season is still not over yet. There are many holidays to come. Hehe.. I think that's it for now. And for this upcoming Merdeka Celebration on 16th September, how about a little video made by Malaysian, compiled by Malaysian popular vlogger Matlutfi.

Until next time.
Salam.
