HRH Tengku Seri Bendahara Raja of Terengganu, Tengku Mustafa Kamel ibni Sultan Mahmud gave his consent to proclaim the opening ceremony of the Fourth Sessions of 12^th Terengganu State Assembly Seating. HRH Tengku Mustafa Kamel currently a member of Terengganu State Regency Council which acted in the absence of the Regent of Terengganu in the State. In his speech during the opening ceremony, HRH Tengku Mustafa Kamel has urges the Assemblymen and the State Government to eliminate the culture of ‘Cincai’, an attitude of not taking a serious action and commitment in the duties given.
