HRH Tengku Abdullah was appointed as the Chancellor of UMP

HRH Tengku Abdullah ibni Sultan Ahmad Shah during his visits at the Faculty of Electric & Electronic Engineering in Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP)

HRH the Tengku Mahkota (Crown Prince) of Pahang, Tengku Abdullah ibni Sultan Ahmad Shah gave his consent to make a visit to the Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) at Pekan Campus in Kuala Pahang. During the visit, The Crown Prince receives a letter of appointment as the Chancellor of UMP for 5 years effectively start on 1^st April 2011. Also attending the ceremony is the Vice-Chancellor of UMP, Prof Datuk Dr Daing Nasir Ibrahim. In the one hour visit, the Crown Prince has visits the phase one development area housing the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electric & Electronic Engineering.
