One day before Christmas

Looking at the circumstances at the shopping mall around Johor Bahru, it is hard to miss that Christmas is just around the corner. It is a common sight in Malaysia. The multi-racial, multi-ethnic and multi-religion community has brought festive season each time the festival is near. Not to mention public holidays! The Christmas celebration this year more festive compare to last year. My neighbor, Uncle Tony and Aunty Anne has prepares and decorate a beautiful Christmas decoration and Christmas tree.
Christmas that fall on Friday has given a three days celebration including the government public holiday on Saturday and Sunday. During my school years, even though we do not have any summer holiday, having festival holiday is more than enough. One week for Eid-Fitr, 2 days for Eid Al-Adha, 1 day for Christmas, 1 week for Chinese New Year and 3 days of Deepavali, independence day, Birthday of the King of Malaysia and 4 weeks of semester break and a whole months break of end of year holidays. All that holidays make up more than 2 and half month of holiday for the whole year!
Holiday.. Holiday and Holiday… :D
