His Royal Highness the Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz bin Almarhum Tuanku Munawir consent to attend the 59th Anniversaries of Rejimen Semboyan Diraja Malaysia, Royal Malaysian Signals Regiment held at Perdana Sungai Besi Camp, Kuala Lumpur. Tuanku Muhriz who is also the Colonel of the Regiment consent to visit the 10th paratroopers squad of the Regiment, in short known as PARA. Earlier in his visit, Tuanku Muhriz consent to inspect the guard-of-honour mounted by 71st Regiment of the Rejimen Semboyan Diraja Malaysia.

HRH Tengku Muhammad Fa-iz Petra (right) distributed spectacles to 275 students in Tumpat, Kelantan

His Royal Highness the Tengku Mahkota (Crown Prince) of Kelantan, Tengku Muhammad Fa-iz Petra consent to officiate the Houses distribution ceremony contribute by Sultan Kelantan Foundation held at Tumpat, Kelantan. Other than the foundation, the Crown Prince also distribute the Houses contribute by Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Kelantan (MAIK), Kelantan Islamic Religious and Malay Custom Council. In the ceremony, the Crown Prince also consent to distribute spectacles to 275 poor and unfortunate students.

Also present at the ceremony were the Mufti of Kelantan, Datuk Mohamad Shukri bin Mohamed and Deputy Speaker of State Assembly, Muhammad Zaki bin Ibrahim.

HRH Sultan Muhammad V of Kelantan slaughtered the sacrificial cow in conjunction of Eid-Adha Celebration in Panji, Kota Bharu.

His Royal Highness the Al-Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V consent to perform the qurban in conjunction of Eid-Adha Celebration organized by Majlis Agama Islam Kelantan (MAIK), Kelantan Islamic Religious Council at the Kompleks Islam Jubli Perak, Panji. Also present were the Chairman of MAIK, His Royal Highness the Tengku Mahkota (Crown Prince) of Kelantan, Tengku Muhammad Fa-iz Petra ibni Sultan Ismail Petra.

A total of 43 cows were contributed by Maxis, Government departments and agencies. The Sultan personally performed the qurban of a cow and a buffalo in the ceremony as well as slaughtered the first cow to be sacrificed. Also attended the ceremony were the Secretary of MAIK, Che Hamat bin Che Muda; Maxis East Coast region's Chief, Che Mazlan Mokhtar also employees of State Islamic Department, municipalities as well as villagers who have the skills to slaughter.

The sacrificial meats were distributed to almost 1,000 poor citizens around the area of the complex, Masjid Panji and Masjid Muhammadi, Kota Bharu.

Trivia :: The celebration of Eid-Adha in Kelantan is the most lively and festive compare to any other place in Malaysia.

HRH Tengku Abdul Halim of Kelantan distributed the sacrificial meat to 800 inhabitants of Tanjung Chat Sub-district in Kota Bharu, Kelantan

The Kelantanese Royalty Al-Muhammadi Association sacrificed 20 cows in the qurban ceremony in conjunction of Eid-Adha Celebration at Masjid Mukim Tanjung Chat, Kota Bharu. The meats later were distributed to almost 800 inhabitants from 12 nearby villages in the sub-district including the poor and unfortunate. The ceremony organized by the club's religion and welfare bureau with cooperation of the villagers and Masjid's Committee members was headed by His Royal Highness the Tengku Laksamana of Kelantan, Tengku Abdul Halim ibni Almarhum Sultan Ibrahim.

The Kelantanese Royalty Al-Muhammadi Association is an association which consist and united the extended members of Kelantanese Royal Family descended from Long Yunos. It is believe to have 300 members to date.

Vienna Boys Performance

His Royal Highness the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlah Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Yusof consent to attend the Vienna Boys performance at the Plenary Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. The performance was also witnessed by Her Royal Highness the Raja Permaisuri (Queen) of Perak, Tuanku Bainun and Her Royal Highness the Raja Puan Besar (Crown Princess) of Perak, Tuanku Zara Salim Davidson. The remarkable performance of the Vienna Boys were followed by the Permata Seni Negara Choir, which had performed in Vienna recently.

Also present at the ceremony were Deputy Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and wife, Puan Sri Norainee Abdul Rahman; Former Prime Minister, Tun Mahathir Mohamad and his wife, Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali and Tourism Minister, Datuk Dr Ng Yen Yen. The event also saw the Vienna Boys choir being awarded the Brand Laureate Premier Award for excellence.

His Royal Highness the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar consent to received an audience of His Royal Highness the Duke of York, Prince Andrew at the Istana Besar of Johor Bahru. The Prince arrived at 10.30 am spending about 30 minutes mingled with the Sultan of Johor. The Duke of York is currently on a three-day official visits in Malaysia previously attending the opening ceremony of Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia (NUMed) which focusing on medical courses in Iskandar Malaysia (IM), formerly known as Iskandar Development Region (IDR).

Her Royal Highness the Tunku Puteri Intan Shafinaz binti Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah of Kedah received the Merun Beret by the Chief of Army, Panglima Tentera Darat (PTD) General Datuk Zulkefli Zainal Abidin at the ceremony held at Terendak Camp. In the ceremony, the Tunku Puteri Intan Shafinaz also received the Honorary Paratrooper Wing Badge, Sayap Penerjunan Kanan Terhormat.

HM Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin delivered the trophy to the champion of CIMB Asia-Pacific Golf Tournament 2011, Bo Val Felt

His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (the Supreme Ruler) of Malaysia, Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin consent to deliver a trophy to the winner of CIMB Asia-Pacific Golf Tournament 2011 held at The Mines Resort & Golf Club. Bo Val Felt from the United States of America emerged as victorious in the tournament. He received trophy and US$1,300,000. He make 261 shots, 23 below par.
