The Persona August 2010

The Persona segment currently moves into its fifth month. We have seen which royal personality that becomes Radin’s Blog most popular personality by the most entered keyword. Thanks again to nuffnang.

The 2nd runner up belongs to the “Crown Prince of Johor”. This is probably due to the unexpected news of his fake account in the social website facebook. Sometimes, I feel weird why this kind of person wants to disguise themselves as a royalty just to gain attention. The first runner up belongs to the “Raja Muda of Kedah”. It is a surprising fact because the keyword has been in the top three for so long but still not the most popular keyword. And for the first time in Persona history, the keyword still retains its title for two consecutive months. The Persona August 2010 is also the Persona July 2010, HH Cik Puan Julia Rais

HH CIK PUAN JULIA RAIS

Most of her biodata has been put in the previous segment. Thus, there is not much to describe here. So, for this article, lets us see her acting during her time as a Malaysian actor before she married with the Crown Prince of Pahang.

The last 10 days of Ramadhan

Assalamualaikum and Peace be upon all of you.
Welcome to my blog.

Photobucket

Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka! Yes, we already celebrate the Merdeka Day. For the Muslims, please take note that we still in the month of Ramadhan, which means fasting month. The month is nearing its end and we currently in the last 10 days of Ramadhan. Our beloved Prophet has always reminded us to double our Ibadah and contribution in this period of time.

The last 10 days also the time where Allah gave us, the follower of Prophet Muhammad a special gift that he never gave to the followers before us, The Night of Lailatul Qadar. A special night where any Ibadah and Contribution done in this night will be rewarded a goodness equivalent to 1000 months!! How many is it? Here a simple mathematics.

We have 12 months in a year, thus 1000 divide by 12 is equal too = 83.333 years!

Just imagine a goodness rewarded by Allah is equivalent to 83 years of Ibadah! Even if we ever live more than 83 years, its not be same because we’re also do anything else other than Ibadah. This is 83 years fully Ibadah that we are talking about.

The sign of Lailatul Qadar

The night is bright, not hot, not cold, no rain, no wind, and no shooting star. The morning air is quite and tranquil. And the morning sunlight is not as bright as always.

When is the Lailatul Qadar?

Up until know, the time of Lailatul Qadar is remain a secret. No one knows when the exact time but the Prophet Muhammad has asked for us to search for the night by ourselves. It is among the last 10 days of Ramadhan, on the night of odd numbers.

Common misconception

In malay tradition, it is asked for us to light the Pelita in the last several nights of Ramadhan known as the “Malam Tujuh Likur”. It is said to welcome the Angels in the night of Lailatul Qadar. Actually, it is not true. During Lailatul qadar, we are supposed to be doing Ibadah.

Photobucket

So, here I give my advice to all of us. If we wanted to light up the Pelita, go ahead. But please make sure that Malam Tujuh Likur is a Malay tradition and not an Islamic Practices. So, if you wanted to do it, yes you can. But not because of celebrating angels from the skies, but wanted to celebrate Hari Raya instead.

Lets us double our Ibadah in this period of time.
Until next time. (^_^)
