HRH TENGKU AMPUAN ATFAH
(1857 - 1873)
HRH Tengku Ampuan Atfah binti almarhum Sultan Muhammad Shah was the first wife of Sultan Abdul Samad. She was married with Sultan Abdul Samad at the Istana, Kuala Selangor in 1844. She was the Tengku Ampuan of Selangor from 1857 until 1873. The couple divorced in 1873.
HRH TENGKU AMPUAN MAHARUM
(1898 - 1908)
HRH Tengku Ampuan Maharum binti Tengku Ziauddin was the first wife of Sultan Alauddin Sulaiman Shah. She was married with Sultan Alauddin Sulaiman Shah at Jugra, Kuala Langkat in 1891. She was installed as Tengku Ampuan of Selangor at Istana Bandar, Jugra, Kuala Langkat on 17th February 1898. She was crowned as Tengku Ampuan Paduka Seri Negara at Istana Mahkota Puri, Klang on 4th November 1903. She died at Istana Mahkota Puri, Klang in 1908.
HRH TENGKU AMPUAN ZUBAIDA
(1910 - 1918)
HRH Tengku Ampuan Zubaida binti almarhum Sultan Abdul Jalil Nasiruddin Karamatullah Shah was the sixth wife of Sultan Alauddin Sulaiman Shah. She was married with Sultan Alauddin Sulaiman Shah at Kuala Kangsar, Perak in 1910. She was crowned as Tengku Ampuan of Selangor at Klang in 1910. She died on 17th October 1918.
HRH TENGKU AMPUAN FATIMAH
(1921 - 1938)
HRH Tengku Ampuan Fatimah binti Almarhum Sultan Idris Murshid Al-Azzam Rahmatullah Shah was the ninth wife of Sultan Alauddin Sulaiman Shah. She was born in 1899. She was married with Sultan Alauddin Sulaiman Shah at Kuala Kangsar, Perak on September 1921. She was crowned as Tengku Ampuan Paduka Seri Negara on 11th January 1922. She died on 8th April 1983.

HRH PERMAISURI SHARIFAH MASTURA
(1942 - 1945)
HRH Permaisuri Sharifah Mastura binti Syed Ahmad Shahabuddin was the first wife of Sultan Musa Ghiathuddin Riayat Shah. She was born in 1897. She was married with Sultan Musa Ghiatuddin Riayat Shah in 1912. She was crowned as Tengku Permaisuri of Selangor at Istana Mahkota, Klang on 4th November 1943. She holds the title for a short time until been deprived from the title on 14th September 1945. She died at Istana Bank, Klang on 31st July 1959.
HRH TENGKU AMPUAN JEMAAH
(1945 -1960)(second time)
HRH Tengku Ampuan Jemaah binti Raja Ahmad was the first wife of Sultan Hishamuddin Alam Shah. She was born at Bandar Temasha, Kuala Langat in 1900. She was married with Sultan Hishamuddin Alam Shah in 1920. She was crowned as Tengku Ampuan of Selangor at Istana Mahkota, Klang on 26th January 1939.
She was the second Raja Permaisuri Agong (The Supreme Queen) of Malaya and holds the title for a short period in 1960. She died on 8th April 1973.
HRH TENGKU AMPUAN RAHIMAH
(1960 - 1993)
HRH Tengku Ampuan Rahimah binti almarhum Sultan Abd Jalil Rahmat Shah (Sultan of Langkat) was the third wife of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah. She was born on 4th August 1927. She was married with Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shahat Istana Selangor, Kuala lumpur on 11th March 1956. She was appointed as Raja Puan Muda (Crown Princess) of Selangor on 13th May 1958. She was crowned as Tengku Ampuan of Selangor at Istana Alam Shah, Klang on 28th June 1961. She died on 27th June 1993.
HRH PERMAISURI SITI AISHAH
(1998 - 2001)
She was installed as Raja Permaisuri Agong (The Supreme Queen) of Malaysia alongside with her husband at Istana Negara, Kuala Lumpur on 26th April 1999. Following her husband death in 2001, she was styled as Yang Amat Mulia Permaisuri Siti Aishah.
(2001 - present)
The position is currently vacant as the Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah is divorced, unmarried and without a consort.
