From the Palace ; Eid-Adha Celebration

The Prime Minister of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak perform the Eid-Adha Solah at the National Mosque. Also present is the Police's Chief, Tan Sri Ismail Omar

On 17th November 2010, All Muslims in Malaysia celebrate the Eid-Adha Celebration, the second celebration in Islam. The celebration is a simple and moderate way. In the morning, the Solah of Eid-Adha was performed. Each of the state Monarch and Governor has their owned way to celebrate the festival.


Sabah

In Kota Kinabalu, The Governor of Sabah, Tun Ahmadshah Abdullah perform the Eid-Adha Solah at Masjid Tun Ahmadshah Kampung Inanam Laut. While the Chief Minister of Sabah, Datuk Seri Musa Aman perform his solah at Masjid Kampung Tinusa Dua, Sandakan.


Sarawak

In Kuching, The Governor of Sarawak, Tun Abang Muhammad Salahuddin bin Abang Barieng performed the Eid-Adha Solah at the State Mosque in Petrajaya.


Kelantan

The absent of Sultan Muhammad V of Kelantan who performed the pilgrimage alongside with Chief Minister of Kelantan, Datuk Seri Nik Abd Aziz Nik Mat is fill by the Crown Prince of Kelantan, Tengku Muhammad Fa-iz Petra. The Crown Prince of Kelantan performed the Eid-Adha Solah at Masjid Muhammadi and meet up with the citizens at Istana Balai Besar.


Pahang

In Kuantan, Sultan Ahmad Shah of Pahang performed the Eid-Adha Solah at the State Mosque of Sultan Ahmad I. The total amount of sacrificial cows all around Pahang is around 659.


Johor

In Johor Bahru, Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar performed the Eid-Adha Solah at Masjid Abu Bakar along with 2000 jamaat.


Malacca

The Governor of Malacca, Tun Mohd Khalil Yaakop performed the Eid-Adha Solah at Masjid Al-Azim along with other 5000 jamaat.


Negeri Sembilan

In Kuala Pilah, The Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir performed the Eid-Adha Solah at Royal Mosque Tuanku Munawir.


Selangor

The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah performed the Eid-Adha Solah at Masjid Sultan Salahuddin Abd Aziz Shah along with 10 000 Jamaat.


Perak

The Crown Prince of Perak, Raja Nazrin Shah performed the Eid-Adha Solah at Masjid Sultan Azlan Shah with other 3 000 Jamaat.


Meanwhile at the northern State of Kedah and Perlis, the Eid-Adha is celebrated moderately as the state still recover after been hit by the worst flood in the state history. The citizens also still busy repairing and cleaning the houses which affected by flood.
