Prophet Muhammad's Birthday

Assalamualaikum and Peace be upon all of you.
Welcome to my blog.

It’s been a while since the last time I updated the blog. Today, it is a birthday to Prophet Muhammad, the last prophet of Islam. Prophet Muhammad was born in 12 Rabiul Awal at Makkah, in the year of elephant. 12 Rabiul Awal is also the day when Prophet Muhammad died. He died in Madinah after 10 years of Hijrah. During the day he was born, a bright star appears in the eastern sky. The fire at the Persian Temple that has burning for thousands of years suddenly vanished. There are also other signs that mark the birth of the last prophet.

The birth of the last prophet is stated in the previous holy books of Taurat, Zabur and Injil. Happy Celebrating Maulidur Rasul for all Muslim around the world. No matter what we are and what we do, let us do our best to practice the lifestyle of the prophet in our lives.

Happy Chinese New Year

Assalamualaikum and Peace be upon all of you.
Welcome to my blog.

Happy Chinese New Year to all. Goodbye to the year of Ox and welcome to the brand new year of Tiger. That reminds me that my little brother was born in the year of the Tiger. Not really the year of Tiger actually because he was born before the Chinese New Year celebration, the year of the Ox. Most talented leader is born in this year such as Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, Malaysian former Prime Minister. But, looking at my brother personality, he is more to little ‘emperor kid’ than a talented leader. Well… almost….

What best during the festival? Fireworks! And of course, Holiday!

During holiday, our family went back to the village. I am really upset about this. Sekolah Menengah Teknik Batu Pahat been reverted back to Sekolah Menengah Vocasional Batu Pahat. This is my former school. It is only a name, and the school is still there. But, I don’t know why… I’m still upset about it. Really.. really.. really.. upset.

Anyway, life goes on…… (-.-)

Masjid Cina

Assalamualaikum and Peace be upon all of you.
Welcome to my blog.

Chinese New Year Celebration is still two weeks away, but the festive celebration can be seen anywhere. Yesterday, I went to Jaya Jusco to search a new comic for my collection. The Chinese New Year sale has already started. It gives me an idea for my architecture post for this month, The Chinese Mosque.

MASJID CINA (Chinese Mosque)

Just like its name, Masjid Jubli Perak Sultan Ismail Petra @ Masjid Beijing is the first mosque built in Malaysia using the Chinese architecture. It is located at Rantau Panjang, Pasir Mas, Kelantan Darul Naim. The mosque construction takes about 3 years to complete. The mosque’s design is identical with Masjid Niujie, Beijing.

The construction of the mosque sparks some controversial issue especially on political matters. Most mosques in Malaysia commonly used Arabic architecture. Nevertheless, the construction still goes on and it well received by many Malaysian.

Sad...sad news

Assalamualaikum and Peace be upon all of you.
Welcome to my blog.

In January, due to my carelessness, my laptop is damaged. Thus, there is little I can do to update the blog. It is until the day when HH Tunku Ibrahim Ismais is proclaimed as the regent of Johor where the computer is fully recovered. With excitement, I update my blog with many articles relating to the Johor Royal Family.

Photobucket

Life and death, this is the reality of life. It had been a sad week for Johorean after the death news of HRH Sultan Iskandar al-Haj, Sultan of Johor Darul Takzim. The 7 days mourning period finally over. The Johor Royal Family has played a significant growth to the state today. Starting from the coronation of Sultan Abu Bakar in 1886, Johor is well known as the first malay state to received modernization. In addition, Johor also the first state to have its own written constitution, the first state to have its own military (Askar Timbalan Setia), the first state to adapt constitution monarchy, the first state to have its own Menteri Besar, and many more including National Flag, Coat of Arm and National Anthem. Thus, among the reason of Johorean unreserved support to the Royal Family. Any insults to the royal family will not be tolerated.

To all visitors, thanks again for all of your reply and advises. I really appreciate it. And, I will make it as my references to improve the blog and posts.

P.S :--
I will delete any kind of ‘insult-based advices/comments’.
